Stingray Watersports offer everything from a regular morning and afternoon two-tank dive as part of a group, to a private charter with a personal dive master and many other options in-between. Our highly experienced crews offer dive training from the fun-loving agencies PADI, SDI, PSA and TDI. Courses range from a Discover Scuba entry level experience up to full Trimix Rebreather qualification. Stingray Watersport rents only high quality dive gear from manufacturers like Scuba Pro, Custom Divers, Sunto, AP Diving and Hollis. We carry a full range of dive gear for many sizes of customers at competitive rates which can be ordered or pre-delivered to your condo prior to your arrival in Cayman.
Our shore diving site at Coconut Bay Condos is one of the best on the island with easy access to a 60ft mini-wall and a short swim to the deep outer wall. Guests with a dive computer have the option to dive their own plan, depending upon their qualification level.
We operate three sizes of boats, ranging from a 22ft center console taking 4 divers, up to a 42ft Newton Dive Special with a capacity to take up to 25 divers. All boats come with a qualified crew, full safety equipment and a easy exit ladder. Iced water and a cooler facility is offered on every dive. Nitrox and Trimix is available on the boats by prior request. Guests leaving on a boat are requested to bring their “C” Cards on their first trip and fill in a waiver for the duration at their stay in Cayman.
We accept either Visa or Mastercard as a deposit to the diving and a card details are kept on file with a final bill at the and end of the stay. Guests are reminded that diving is a sport and they should be in good enough physical condition to complete the dive as planned. Guests who have not dived recently may (depending on their qualification level) be required to dive with a divemaster on their first returning dive as an orientation dive.
