Please read before booking.

1. All divers to dive within their training agency guidelines.
2. All divers to fill in a waiver before diving.
3. No solo diving.
4. All guests to understand moving around the boat while underway can be dangerous and they should hold on at al times.
5. All bookings to be prepaid prior to charter.
6. A deposit will secure the booking(by credit card)
7. No shows will be charged on card held on file.
8. Any booking canceled without 30 days notice forfeits the deposit.
9. Account customers to remit funds within 14 days of date of invoice.
10. Accounts overdue by more than 30 days of date of invoice incur a charge of 10% of invoiced amount.
11. Accounts overdue by more than 45 days incur a 20% charge of invoiced amount.
12. Accounts more than 60 days overdue will incur additional collection costs.
